Dr Kassianos is the UK National Immunisation Lead for the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) since 1996. His numerous awards and achievements include the Foundation Council Award, the most prestigious award from the RCGP. Moreover, in October 2020, Her Majesty the Queen appointed Dr Kassianos as Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in the Birthday 2020 Honours List for his services to General Practice and Travel Medicine. With Guest, His Excellency the High Commissioner of Cyprus in the UK, Mr Andreas Kakouris.
